This floor based, gentle practice is for anyone seeking to release tension, improve flexibility, and enhance overall well-being.  

 

Whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, these sessions focus on mindful movement, breath work, and relaxation techniques that support both body and mind.

 

Vitality Yoga (Thursdays at 6:15pm)

 

Reawaken you body and mind with a class designed to help you feel vibrant and strong.  Vitality Yoga blends mindful movement with a focus on stretching and strengthening, giving you all the benefits of a yoga practice without the fast pace of a traditional flow.  

 

This class encourages you to move with intention, challenge yourself, and most importantly have fun along the way! Whether you're giggling through a tricky pose or feeling the rewarding stretch of a deep lunge, vitality yoga is the perfect balance of effort and ease.
